Tasty Turkey Turnovers

1 package (about 11 ounces) refrigerated reduced-fat dinner roll dough
2 tablespoons honey mustard
3 ounces thinly sliced lean deli turkey breast
3/4 cup packaged broccoli coleslaw
1 egg white,beaten
Additional,mustard (optional)

1.Preheat oven to 425F.Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2.Separate dinner rolls;place on lightly floured surface.Roll each dinner roll into 3 1/2-inch circle with lightly floured rolling pin.Spread honey mustard lightly over dough;top with turkey and coleslaw.Brush edges of dough with egg white.Fold dough in half;press edges with fork to seal.
3.Transfer turnovers to prepared baking sheet;brush with egg white.Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown.Let stand 5 minutes before serving.Serve warm or at room temperature with additional mustard for dipping,if desired.
