Pizza Turnovers
5 ounces reduced-fat mild italian turkey sausage
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 package (10 ounces) refrigerated pizza dough
1/3 cup shredded reduced-fat italian cheese blend
1.Preheat oven to 425F.Brown sausage in nonstick saucepan,stirring to break up meat.Drain fat.Add pizza sauce;cook and stir until heated through.
2.Spray baking sheet with olive oil cooking spray.Unroll pizza dough onto baking sheet.Pat into 12x8-inch rectangle.Cut into 6 (4 inch) squares.Divide sausage mixture evenly among squares.Sprinkle with cheese.Lift one corner of each square;fold over filling to opposite corner to form triangle.Press edges with tines of fork to seal.
3.Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until golden brown.Serve immediately or follow directions below for freezing and reheating.

TIP:To freeze turnovers,remove to wire rack to cool 30 minutes.Individually wrap in plastic wrap;place in freezer container or resealable freezer bag and freeze.To reheat turnovers,preheat oven to 400F.Place turnovers in ungreased baking pan;cover loosely with foil.Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until hot.Or,place 1 turnover on paper towel-lined microwaveable plate.Microwave on DEFROST (30%) 3 to 3 1/2 minutes or until hot,turning once.
