12 ounces turkey breast cutlets or tenderloin,cut into strips
2 cloves garlic,minced
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
2 teaspoons canola oil
1/2 cup thinly sliced yellow onion
1 red or yellow bell pepper,cut into strips
1 small zucchini,thinly sliced(about 1 cup)
1/2 cup chunky salsa
4 (7-to 8-inch) whole wheat flour tortillas
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded reduced-fat Mexican cheese blend
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)

1.Combine turkey,garlic and chili powder in medium bowl.
2.Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.Add onion and bell pepper;cook and stir 2 minutes.Add zucchini;cook and stir 1 minute.Add turkey mixture;cook and stir 4 minutes or until turkey is cooked through and vegetables are tender.Reduce heat to medium-low;stir in salsa.Cook 2 minutes or until salsa is heated through.
3.Stack tortillas;wrap in large sheet of waxed paper.Heat in microwave 30 to 40 seconds or until warm.Divide turkey mixture,cheese and cilantro,if desired,evenly among tortillas;roll up.
(makes 4 servings)
