Sugar Free Pound cake
2 c. plain flour
1/2 c. corn oil
3 large ripe bananas
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins
3 tbsp. liquid sugar substitute
Shift flour and baking soda.
Add oil, sugar substitute and mix well until light.
Beat eggs and add rest of ingredients.
Beat all until well mixed.
Pour into greased tube pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Best when age a day or two.
