Post  ugly_dumpling Tue Sep 20, 2011 1:29 pm

1 lb. ground chuck
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 eggs
dash of Worcestershire sauce
pinch of salt
pinch of green pepper flakes
1/4 c. cracker meal
pinch of garlic salt
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper

Mix all ingredients, roll into small balls.
Cook in deep pan at 350 degrees (in oven) about 15 to 20 minutes.
While meat balls are cooking pour 1 large jar of Ragu sauce in crock pot.
Add 1 16oz. jar of grape jelly or jam. When jelly dissolves add meat balls and simmer 2 to 3 hours.
You're done!
