PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
INGREDIENTS
2 TBS BUTTER
2/3 CP CARNATION MILK
1 1/3 CP SUGAR
1/2 TSP SALT
2 CPS MINI MARSHMELLOWS
1 1/2 CP PEANUT BUTTER CHIPS
1 TSP VANILLA
1/2 CP CHOPPED PECANS (OPTIONAL)
COMBINE BUTTER,MILK,SUGAR AND SALK IN SAUCE PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT. BRING TO BOIL.COOK 4 TO 5 MINUTES. STIRRING CONSTANTLY.(START TIME WHEN STARTS TO BOIL). REMOVE FROM HEAT. STIR IN MARSHMELLOWS, CHIPS,VANILLA,AND NUTS. STIR VIGOROUSLY FOR 1 MIN OR UNTIL MARSHMELLOWS ANS CHIPS ARE MELTED
POUR INTO 8 INCH SQUARE PAN SPRAYED WITH BUTTER SPRAY. COOL AND CUT INTO SMALL SQUARES
