No Fuss Meatloaf Empty No Fuss Meatloaf

2 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 Green pepper
1 white onion
1 to 1 1/2 sleeve of crackers
2 eggs
Ketchup

Preheat oven 350 degrees
Combined in large bowl ground beef, chopped green peppers and onions, crumble crackers, then add eggs.
Mix well.
Put mixture in loaf pan, top with ketchup
Bake 1 hour or until done

Tip: If you line loaf pan with alum. foil, lift out and punch a hole in the foil and let excess fat drain before serving.
