Ham and Golden Ham Glaze
1 4 to 5 lb. boneless, cured, smoked ham
1 20 oz jar orange marmalade
1/2 c. orange juice
1 tbs. mustard
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/3 c. raisins
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place ham fat side up.
Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Mix ingredients (except raisins) in sauce pan. simmer for 5 min.
Spoon half of marmalade mixture over ham, continue baking for 30 more minutes.
Stir raisins into remaining mixture. Serve remaining mixture with meat.
