1 large sirlon roast
2 clove of garlic
2 onions
basil
cilontro
salt and pepper

Put roast in a roasting pot
salt and pepper to taste
put water up to the top of the roast and then add your onions garlic and basil and cilontro. cook tell good and tender. u can add potatoe and carrots and celery if u like. Bake on 350
