Chicken Pot Pie
3 c. cooked diced chicken tenders
4 chicken bullion cubes
1 tbs. flour
4 potatoes-cubed
1 can sliced carrots
salt and pepper to taste
Boil chicken, potatoes, salt, pepper, and bullion cubes until potatoes are tender.
Add carrots (drained). Thicken with flour and pour into buttered casserole dish.
Crust
1 c. flour
1 c. butter
1 c. milk
Combine flour and butter-add milk and mix well.
pour over chicken mixture and bake at 350 until brown.
Optional: add mushrooms, onions, peas, corn, etc.
