1 pkg. Jimmy Dean sausage (any flavor)
1 9in unbaked pie crust
4 eggs slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped red bell pepper
2 tsp. chop onion
1 c. light cream

cook sausage until done. Crumble then drain. Prepare 9 in homemade or pre-made crust.
Mix cheese and sausage. Sprinkle in shell.
Lightly beat eggs in bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture.
Pour in shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
Cool for 10 min.
TAHDAH!! Breakfast fit for a king.
