1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-o pistachio flavor instant pudding and pie filling
1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1-1/2 c. thawed cool whip (alternate: fat free)

Mix all together and refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to serve.
You can add a variety of fruits to desired taste.
